We have spent a bit of time home together over the last week me and Kd; as equal receivers of gastro!

We got involved in a bit of activity around the house and one of them was - making a coffee grinder just like Dads!

What's New at our place

Lots has been happening at our place in the last month - although this week activity has slowed down due to us all managing to get sick.


We have been doing lots of throwing out - getting ready for our garage sale coming up.


To balance the outward flow of things, here are some pictures of new things at our place.

Pumpkins (self sown in the chook pen) - can any one tell me when they are ready to pick?

Something else noisy - a piano we picked up at the op shop & also a new dining set we found at the second hand dealers just down the road!

Whilst we were away we hit some FANTASTIC op shops - I managed to score some great jumpers and cardis and some fabric for the studio - Kd picked himself some new books :

Aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh back home - we really did have a lovely break and I would definitely recommend Beach Port, South Australia as a fantastic location to take the family - especially a family with small children to the beach.

Nan's flowers

We visited Nan last week and I left with these wonderful flowers to enjoy - I love having flowers in my house; unfortunately our garden really isn't much of a flower sort of garden - mostly just dust - but as you can see Hj and I are determined to change this!

We are going away for a little while - so no posts -just relaxing away from broadband! Bye
