our weekend

The grand heights of Mount Alexander, after the extraordinary experience I had at the Chinese herbalist/acupuncture (if you look closely you will see my very red eyes from lots of post-festival and other stuff in my life crying plus egg sandwiches around my lips!), for a icy quick picnic was just magnificent.

Then a feast on Sunday with my brother and his darling wife to celebrate his 31st.

oh and some quick play dough joy before bed on Sunday night.











In case you are wondering Kd didn't sleep like this - he is tucked up in bed with a real pillow.

Monday was another one of those glorious winter Bendigo days - when the sun streams from the sky screaming HALLELUJAH.

Monday was another one of those glorious winter Bendigo days - when the sun streams from the sky screaming HALLELUJAH.

this weekend

The weekend just gone was our first weekend all home together for nearly 3 weeks. It was really nice although Hj and I were sick.

We had two days of the most amazing winter sunshine - so bright and sparkley that it was nearly impossible to see.

On Sunday we had a visit from some very special people. Two of my brothers and their girlfriends - although I managed to neglect to take a shot of Kyle and Tracy - who was wonderful to meet for the first time.

Hj especially liked her accessories.

Cardboard Jet

Tuesday night just before tea I had a pile of packaging sitting on the kitchen bench top ready to go in the Kinder collection of making things I collect to pass onto the kinder (phew was that a long sentence?)

Kd got his hand on all the bits and bobs - rip rip rip - Mum I made a Jet - so tea cooking was temporarily delayed for sticky tape and then we had a cardboard Jet filling the air space in our living area for the evening.

Finally returning to blogging - gee it is taking me a bit to get over the festival that took place last month - kinda nearly there - especially when I get back into the routine of going to gym.

Over the long weekend I had a special trip to Dunkeld (one of my favourite places) with my Mum and two sisters and my daughter (some of my favourite people) to craft it up and do lots of lazing around and playing games, oh and watching Dvds and thankfully C sneaked a block of chocolate!
